Affiliates must apply for and be accepted into the PantandShirt.com Affiliate Program. PantandShirt.com reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Affiliates should maintain a website, social media presence, or other digital channel that aligns with PantandShirt.com’s brand and values. 2. Affiliate Links and Promotion Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote PantandShirt.com products. Affiliates are encouraged to use this link on websites, blogs, social media, and other channels, provided the content is ethical and in good taste. Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or false information, spamming, or employing any tactic that misrepresents PantandShirt.com’s brand. Affiliates may not bid on PantandShirt.com’s brand name or related keywords in paid search advertising without prior permission. 3. Commission Structure Affiliates earn a percentage-based commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. Commission rates and eligible products may vary and are subject to change at PantandShirt.com’s discretion. Commission is calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, returns, or discounts. Commissions are payable only after the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold, if any, specified in their affiliate dashboard. 4. Payment Terms Commissions will be paid out monthly via the payment method selected in the affiliate dashboard, typically within 30 days of the end of each month. If an order is returned, canceled, or refunded, PantandShirt.com reserves the right to deduct any earned commission from the affiliate’s account. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. PantandShirt.com will not be responsible for misdirected payments due to incorrect information. 5. Prohibited Practices Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in activities that could damage PantandShirt.com’s reputation, including but not limited to: Using fraudulent or misleading tactics to gain traffic or sales. Engaging in cookie stuffing or any practice that artificially increases referral commissions. Using unauthorized pop-ups or misleading redirect links. Any affiliate found violating these practices may be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. 6. Intellectual Property PantandShirt.com grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable right to use its logos, trademarks, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting PantandShirt.com products within the affiliate program. Affiliates are prohibited from modifying or misrepresenting PantandShirt.com’s branding and assets. 7. Termination and Suspension PantandShirt.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions if found in violation of these terms and conditions. 8. Disclaimer and Liability PantandShirt.com does not guarantee the success or earnings of affiliates and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 9. Modification of Terms PantandShirt.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after such updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms. 10.
