Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Love Pro Mastermind Academy Affiliate Program Eligibility: Participation is open to ethical matchmakers and industry-related businesses in good standing with industry standards. All applicants must undergo an approval process before becoming affiliates. Affiliate Obligations: Affiliates are expected to promote Love Pro Mastermind Academy programs and services in a manner consistent with positive branding and ethical practices. This includes accurately representing the Academy’s offerings and adhering to approved marketing materials. Commissions and Payments: Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and payment schedules are detailed in the affiliate agreement. Love Pro Mastermind Academy, will make payments via a specified electronic payment system. Intellectual Property: The Love Pro Mastermind Academy grants affiliates a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use brand assets such as logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely to promote the programs. Affiliates may not alter the brand assets without prior written consent. Confidentiality: Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and may not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from the Love Pro Mastermind Academy. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to their marketing activities, including data protection laws and regulations. Termination: Either party can terminate the affiliate relationship with written notice. The affiliate must cease all promotional activities and return or destroy all proprietary materials upon termination. Liability and Indemnity: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Love Pro Mastermind Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Modification of Terms: The Love Pro Mastermind Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. After such changes, continued participation in the affiliate program implies acceptance of the new terms. By joining the Love Pro Mastermind Academy affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring a productive and ethical collaboration to promote growth and success within the matchmaking industry.
